She made it!
According to Delta Cargo, she arrived in Kennewick, WA and was signed over to the pick up person :)

Hey cool! I live in Pasco, WA (just across the river from Kennwick) and didnt know we had a Delta Cargo that would p/u and deliver dogs on weekends!

I met Zoe this weekend and she looked like she made the trip well! Just hanging out at the dog show like she knew everyone already! :-)
She was quite the happy and sweet girl. Sorry, she said she'd go home with any of us :)
I'm tempted to chant for boys as apparently Phoebe got the 2 confused...
Zoe is very sweet. She acts like "one of the family".
